Surge Exploration Closes Financing (= LiCo partner)

Surge Exploration, the company who has an option to earn an undivided 60% interest in the Glencore Bucke Property and the Teledyne Property have closed a round of financing for which the Flow Through (FT) part be used to incure exploration expenses on the Canadian properties.
