It's all about money-

INMG has nearly no revenue-- just $40k in the last unaudited quarterly filing

Demand Brands didn't disclose their revenue- but if we look at the facts objectively, how much could DB be worth if a company as troubled as INMG could buy it? This event, IMO, is obviously a reverse merger; likely followed by a reverse split and many rounds of dilution.

Posting over and over all of the potential sources of revenue doesn't change the fact that these sources are not producing more than a paltry $40k/Q.
