Amazing how matter of factly serious FRAUD is routinely swept under the carpet.
As if saying hey some other schmucks bought wrong, that wont happen to me! Lets rock!!!
And on and on and on this crap goes. Any question about why the otc is a cesspool ?
Where else can crooks get access to such a large pool of willing victims?

It’s not a whatever issue, SHOM is a scam and always has been. What will happen is another P&D where the stock is promoted with fluff and fake news, the insiders dump into the created volume along with those who don’t believe SHOM is an “investment” - new shareholders are left holding the bag. Traders get fleeced due to the fact SHOM is merely an insider enrichment scheme.
