I called otcmarkets...the seashells are new this past month. CRSM just has to send a letter to otcmarkets saying they are not a shell and file a supplemental disclosure saying CRSM is a former shell and has an operating business now That was helpful thanks. That shell status has been on CRSM since 2008 according to otcmarkets. I sent an email to CRSM IR email with the info.
