Yes, the potential is definitely here. But you never know what's going to happen with OTC stocks, and it's always a risk. The SEC won't like them staying delinquent for too long either, although many SEC reporting stocks tend to get away with delinquency for years.

I guess we'll keep our eyes on VCPS until something happens. Hopefully sooner rather than later.
