as of 12/31/2014 it's 12,000,000,000 authorized - 7,127,023,194 shares outstanding and 6,127,023,194 shares on the float

which is...a real lot..sadly. But there's no telling what it is now or what it may end up being. We could get a nice report about them drastically reducing the share count, which would do spectacular wonders for the share price.
