Isn’t this a joy to see......

Maybe they will release news that shows a legitimate reason for such a RS.

Sadly FINRA and the SEC should require ANY company on the OTC to reduce ALL shares, preferred and common at the same rate when doing ANY RS action. They should also require an equal RS to the AS as well.

And on top of that give them a mandatory 2 years between any further AS increases after a RS.

Just my opinion.....FOR THE PAST 5 years!
