Totally 579,100 shares were shorted on July 15, 2018 v.s. NSPR had total 549,600 shorted shares on June 30, 2018. In another word NPSR only increased 29,500 shorted shares within fifteen days!

I'm wondering at what price levels those shorters had shorted the majority of their shares? Why the shorting positions here are such low comparing to the large OS size (which is 37.5 Times of the shorting size)? Why the float was only 5,756,000 shares while the OS was 21.7M shares on July 6, 2018 alone?

What are the current OS count and float count after huge dilutions?
