Expecting an update regarding new company direction. Here's why --->

It seems as though $OTOW CEO listen on OTCM has passed away recently in May: http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/staugustine/obituary.aspx?n=val-anthony-kazia&pid=188915397&fhid=12938

This also explains why the company itself has been inactive for the past couple years.

It seems preparations were made, company wise, just a couple months after Val's passing the company is working to get back on track.

What leads many to believe this?

Per Georgia SoS, the company was just reinstated this year:

Now we wait for updates from the company/new CEO on possible direction. As far as I can tell there have been no SS changes since last updated.
