What if I told you there will never be any filings and that management walked away from ecos the stock but continues their venture privately? Now obviously this just a scenario that's played out in my head and you may or may not recall I mentioned this before in a way. What I'm getting at can this possibly happen without major ramifications from say shareholders and debt holder(s)? I could see deal be made with creditors if they could be persuaded that revenue will be flowing in to help pay back loans. Would it be legal so to speak for kwaks to go about this way screwing over shareholders without day in court due to class action suit? Apologize thinking this way but something dearly seems amiss with all the silence lol
