according to Al Brooks Price Action, there are three different types of moves in the market. an upward trend, a downward trend, and a trading range. we are in a trading range. scalping is what you do in a trading range. support and resistance dictate when you buy and sell. some also call this phase accumilation. i am not a pro, still learning. i have faith in XRP. this will run once all the groundwork is laid. there will be buyers and sellers, but those who hold there XRP will be rewarded in the long run imho :)
