Shares are restricted till a certain point, hence the need to prop up the price until the restriction is over.

Would you happen to know the specific conditions of these restrictions as it relates to FRFS/GIFA? Are the shares restricted for a predefined time period? Is there a special provision allowing the shares to become unrestricted? For example, if the company is acquired by another and the employee/s holding the restricted shares get fired? Maybe former FRFS management? What about if the restricted shares are being held by a lender/toxic financier who is planning on diluting the hell out of this when the opportunity presents itself? Most importantly, how will shareholders know this information if the company is a non-reporting Caveat Emptor stock?

I'll look into it myself, but I'm genuinely interested in finding out the details of these restricted shares. Anyone here want to shed some light on this?
