I just came back from reading someof the posts, filings, and info at the wddd forum. It looks like a dead company dealing with some patent lawsuit. No volume really, and it doesn't really seem to be doing much, but sell shares. Definitely a sketchy fellow. But now it makes more sense as to why the power duo with the larger share count are atracting more investors than this other guy ever did.

I do remember one comment that stood out when I checked the yahoo forum a while back. It was in reference to when this particular insider dumped roughly 300k shares a few months ago, and the filing then showed that he had 1.7 million left. Then out comes the may filing, which showed two warrants (under subsequent events), and if I remember correctly, the sprinkle at 1.75 was his. It had to be his, otherwise, how did he get 330k shares back? I've also been using the detailed quotes feature that ihub provides. The share structure increase shows up on there before it does on my tdameritrade account. There was an increase of 330k shortly after the may filing, and before the increase to the 190's. Then, there was tom's sale of just a small portion at 3.50. He likes flipping and buying back those shares. Considering the other company, I can see why. He needs to keep things alive on his end. I'm just speculating, of course, but I know that's what I would do in that situation.

Anyways, the other thing I'm noticing more and more, is the increase in this sort of layering of investment/business deals. Not just here, but within the mj industry, itself. The biggest question I've had is how were all of these companies going to rapidly expand without destroying shareholder value. The trend seems to be that all parties involved get a slice of each other's assets/operations/sales/shares/etc. That us definitely a clever way of expanding without access to traditional bank loans. Aspiring entrepreneurs, please take note of everything done between each deal. Lot's of valuable insight, for sure.
Anyways, I feeling a little drained mentally. Don't get me wrong, I do love my investigation times. Just feeling a little tired. I can't wait to see what else pops up in the next filing.
