Keep an eye on Dwyer, if you look at his history he starts a new one about every 4 years. He's very good at PR's, phony acquisitions of companies with income and ticker changes. Good money can be made at times, you can usually flip it 2-3 times a month at the beginning. He's not done in the pinks, he will jump on what ever is hot at the time and run with it. FYI, the solar company didn't fare well but nobody's perfect in pinky land.
