I understand your frustration. But the truth of OTC stocks is they put out PR's that don't really tell you anything new when they need to unload some more shares.
I just go with the flow.

As far as UHLN goes, they are very conservative with their "fund raising" and don't just crap all over shareholders, but it was a given in my mind that the PPS wasn't going anywhere today.
I do think if they can stay on course, they will cause it to go up again. It's just going to take more time.
