I totally agree. What I really never understand is on some of these why they issue 100's millions or billions of shares day one. I mean really?? Longer term if the company is for real EPS is a major factor in where the share price should be. So basically you are asking to be a penny stock forever. Why not keep the share structure low and to let the company have time to build the EPS and share price that should go with it. I like low float stocks the most but never like them when there is a ton OS that can get dumped on any given day.
