Nuts, your facts are a little misaligned with the truth I am afraid.
First of all, since Pro Tec came into the picture the card has changed again.
Secondly you mention testing but you are wrong. The 'card' has been released ready for mass manufacturing many times over the past 5 years or longer.
Thirdly, the 'secret' University has not "acquired" the card (which is a security card and not banking card by the way) ... it has apparently allowed Smartmetric to use its facility. There was no acquiring of the card.
Finally, if anyone needs to apologise 99% of investors know who it is for the way they have been treated. Even if this thing takes off (I am happy for you or Duke to come up with any time frame at all for when that might be - what's acceptable to you?) we might be happy but I feel for those who bought high and had to sell based on false time frames and promises.
