NEW press release and update! Jim Bento becomes CFO and Joshua Sodaitus becomes the CEO. They are making headway in getting the financials current hiring a new accounting firm called Blue Chip Accounting, LLC to finish that. Also, Think Latitude is finishing up the technology code review to allow a successful role out of Mobicard 3.0. IMO there have been tremendous strides made by the new management to right the ship. I look forward to a very positive 4th quarter and beyond.
