100%, Jim and Mark have mentioned before the US Govern't (DOD) has been and still is watching the Elk Creek Project very closely!
They (Govern't and the DOD contractors) know very well who we are! it's the little man on the street who is oblivious to who we are and what we are doing!
So be it, it is what it is; in 2009-2010 if you asked 100 people on the street, have you heard of Rare Earth Elements? only 5 could say yes! including myself...today, ask the same question, 70 could answer yes!

I feel "scandium and niobium" would elicit the same or similar results today if surveyed!

All of us who are in on the ground-floor of this investment are going to do exceptionally well. IMO
It's hard if not impossible to invest money into something you don't understand...
But fortunately NioCorp doesn't need thousands of small retail investors to succeed! As I said before 2-3 large investment banks, and this stock could go to the moon!

So, if your in, consider yourselves blessed! IMO
