There are many items in the background that have to transpire when companies merge into these tickers. RBIZ has shown from the network of relations that they are working toward all details being cleared as they move forward.

Ive spoken with the IR, the Registered Agent, and called the State of Delaware's Division of Corporations. They have items to address on the basic level there still. Easy to accomplish now that the litigation process is finalizing, as well.

It is a timely process due to all departments and details thereof. As has been said, understand whether the value exists to accumulate and have patience or not to have involvement at all.

Personally, to me, this one is worth the risk reward. Although, being mindful of what that means is key.
