The BS PR won't start flying big time until after the RS has burnt the place to the ground but then watch. This will be another Oak River Tech SCAM with a fast $2.3M "sale" announcement with of COURSE all the cash going into the coffers and shared with peeps if ONLY they would buy!!!

Love too how these SCAMMERS list REVERSE SPLIT numbers...in REVERSE. Like this POS---2500 for 1 is what that BS PR says. Guess the really,really STUOPID are suppose to think that these nice guys are going to GIVE THEM 2500 shares for each one they own!!!! Yeah,and those BAGHOLDING 10M shares are going to wake up one day to only have 4000 shares and soon 4000 shares at 0.0001.

In conjunction with the acquisition and name change, the Company also authorized a 2500 for 1 reverse stock. The Company will be filing these corporate actions with FINRA.

Oh and plenty of BIG deals already "inked" and dozens of others in the works. Guessing a prediction of $10-20M in sales in 2018 will be the HS foisted on anyone GULLIBLE enough to eat it up. And....just like Oak River which was a reverse merger ole' Eddie will show up months from now and take it back claiming to be shareholders savior from the evilllll JMD Properties.
