Im sure the legal team tells john to break the law and keep this trash dark. Lawyers usually advise you to break the law LOL. If there was a merger, this trash would be current and plutus wouldnt have said “we are in no way connected” “adtm just a client” -angel . 8 months where does it stand? Need to be current to complete any lawful mergers etc. 8 months to get current, man those financials sure are hard to get done, they do usually take years and years to prepare im talking out my butt.
