Lazar owns 78% of Commons, the only other Lazar play with more than 75% is $EQPI. There are no outstanding convertibles, notes or preferred shares. Lazar is the sole owner of shares besides traders locking up the float. A lot of other shells in general have issues such as huge outstanding debt, other owners of shares, preferreds, converts, etc. etc. none of that pertains to us.
In addition the company has had a very nice history with its previous business model. Looking forward to seeing what company Lazar has for us or if he will keep this shell for himself to input his own business model
