Toxic death spirals can take years.

I get it, a company can never escape a toxic death spiral, because even if it doesn't happen my whole life, it might be I just didn't life long enough.
And if the company gets terminated due to some other reason, they just did beat it. one way or another, it might be years, decades or centuries. But someday it will happen.
It’s like winning the lottery, if you play long enough, you will see your numbers are drawn.
