I'm hoping to explain so it makes sense to him and others. it is an absolute travesty IMO when trades are made (or missed) based on incomplete info. Investopedia is correct- but- also very incomplete if only that one slice is read. One must read the other related investopedia articles to gain the full education.

or call the FRLF TA.

or look at the SEC filings to see there are no hints of dilution or notes present (or pending), and has not had any filngs of this type for quite a long time. that is concrete, unarguable, cannot have any stock related material events without pre and post filings.
