Yes, now that I have had time to read it, it looks like they sold warrants that could be converted to common shares at certain strike prices.
There are both for sale. Share sales price will go to seller but if buyer does get warrants too and converts them to shares, IPCI will get conversion price.
Conversion price does now vary between 0.60 and 1.35$, but are they offering them all to buyer with new 0.455 conversion price?
