Im' tellin ya, you are basing an opinion on incomplete information. investopedia is correct but it assumes every single share of OS is sold and held by someone. we have a float here of 67m un-issued free-trading shares. those shares can be issued to anyone via electronic trade or paper shares.

it's all good. there is no dilution or increase of OS.
