One of the reasons they may be taking the reverse merger route is it’s a lot cheaper to do than an IPO. After all, no matter how much money they may have, every company worries about their bottom line. I’m not saying this is the case for GIFA, and for all we know this can turn out to be a huge scam, but there are many good reasons to take the merger route instead of IPO.
