Very very very sad for both Mir and Brennan, but very tragic for:

a) the shareholders who believed in the device and what it might do to help people with pain

b) the investors and shareholders who believed in the potential for this firm both as to the Calmare machine and any of the long-abandoned other patents or devices in their long-forgotten closet

c) the patients suffering from long-term and serious pain that may never be able to avail themselves of this non-opioid solution
