I do hope some will read up on how FRLF stock and issuance work in order to have a better base of knowledge for investing. For example, AS, OS, and how shares are booked\held\transferred by the Transfer Agent of a public company.

"AS" is a number in a book that states how many shares a company may issue maximum, comprising all classes of issued stock. AS by itself does not trade and has no bearing on trading. Many large cap companies do not even have an AS limit.

"OS" common class of shares must actually be created from the available AS, issued and booked with the TA before they can be traded and recognized as an increase to an existing class of shares. this means several SEC filings are required by the company (at significant expense), One in advance of issuance and another after they are issued.

Issued shares can be preferred, common, etc.
Creating new shares is not cheap! there is a high price tag to the company associated with it.

Shares from the Outstanding Common trading pool can be bought and sold electronically or via old-school paper. How the heck you think anyone bought common shares of stocks before electronic trsding?? paper. hello.

Shares from any class can be sold to outside investors fir cash or in exchange for services, or as part of a structured M&A deal. None of these actions increase the OS because these shares come from the existing OS. the OS would only need to be increased if it were maxed out and there were not enough shares to seal a deal. And we would see SEC filings to issue new shares to the OS well before that happened.

If anyone does not believe this and wants more info- simply CALL THE TRANSFER AGENT ON RECORD FOR FRLF. The TA will tell you if there is any increase of shares in progress. the TA does not withhold information because this is a PUBLICLY TRADED company. no secrets here.
