Charting couldn't predict that and I don't think he said that from a charting perspective given his explanation why he thought that way...

I chart, charts work very well... But this is territory only a fool would try bringing a chart to...

Prior to the suspension, the chart was working very well... But charts nor fundamentals can predict that false info in a PR...

Though a clue in hindsight was the word "Nigerian Billionaire"...
