VATE CEO SHAREHOLDER UPDATE

Here are the highlights:

Elev8 Hemp hit record sales, to date, in the past 30 days, increasing over 90% from last year. Our sales through Amazon alone have exceeded $9,000 in the past 30 days. This increase, in conjunction with our brick and mortar sales, CBD sales and 02 Breathe sales, is the first time the Company has exceeded $30,000 in revenue in a 30-day period. The Company’s sales have increased every month since November of last year. With the growing demand for our products we have had to increase our inventory levels significantly.

The Company has hit a level where it is growing rapidly and expanding where it needs to bring on additional employees. We are currently in the hiring process for at least one new sales representative in Orlando, FL. This will allow for growth in multiple areas simultaneously while developing new products and partnerships.

Elev8 Brands has been undergoing an audit by a PCAOB independent public accountant, which should be completed soon. We are in the final stages and will keep shareholders apprised, as we receive updates from the auditor. The Company is currently finishing the application process for the OTCQB.

VATE’s branding, packaging, product quality and marketing are excellent, as evidenced by their continued rapid growth — with no further growth, they are currently on pace for over $400,000 in revenue this year

Their next products, Cold Brew Elev8 Hemp & CBD Coffee in cans, are going to become the best selling products in their lineup and cause revenues to accelerate even further, setting them up to have the potential to make well over $500,000 in revenue this year, compared to $147,000 in 2017

With Hemp Legalization, Kroger and Whole Foods would be the next step and VATE’s revenue potential would need to be measured in the millions
