Potts IS the game. He is the one in control. He already owns 35% of the asset and likely owns 51% by now. We cant know because Dan kept the details from the shareholders in his act of "transparency"

What we do know is that Potts isnt going away unless our asset goes with him.

IMO that was Potts whole intent. He saw desperate Dan and walked all over him. Dan gave away the asset to pay for a lawyer to defend against a frivolous law suit.
