yes exactly..

within 1 day of filing we know there has been no new stock issued. We know this from calling the transfer agent. Anyone concerned can call themselves.

Positions are probably being solidified prior to things happening or perhaps as a result of calculations that had to be done to close some issues.

Everything I post is my own opinion and people should always do their own research and due diligence on any company they are looking at
