Well mission accomplished. You can bet there was a toxic note holder unloading every step of the way. (Can you say PAID PROMOTER?) It's so blatant. Eventually you will see in the filings just how many new shares were added. PSID is possibly one of the worst of the worst offenders of massive share dilution schemes. Going on for years, promoting vapor product and a really crappy super over priced thermometer.
The clowns running this garbage stock have no shame.

Next Reverse Split is just around the corner.
