Shorting is basically betting that the price will go down from that moment so when shorts are in play they basically try to force the price down. I’m not quite sure what you’re saying.

First you say people aren’t shorting, I send you data then you say the data is inaccurate not you’re saying no one is shorting to bring the price down? Ok so what’s shorting to you mean?
