An RM is on IMHO. Shells can be a Legal and Financial minefield. Private Companies quite often purchase one of these and discover that there are a lot more shares out than they were told, or there are options, warrants, and/or different classes of stock with rights which once exercised, can destroy the company. There are some bargains to be had, in this arena but it is important to have the right legal and analytical help in “cleaning up” the shell, a process that could be expedited with Daltons first hand knowledge of it.
