No matter what people say...

Always do your own research to confirm it. Whether it is positive or negative. If someone is saying all these shares are being issued. Call the Transfer agent yourself to know for sure. Or email to get it in writing.

Buy or sell based on good information and your own due diligence. Do not accept anything as factual unless you check it out yourself.
