The Authorized shares were 50 Billion, must have been a Reverse Split a while back. I believe to new legislation 25 Billion Authorized Shares is the Cap. To dilute PKGM there would need to be another reverse split or a buy back with a de-authorization of the purchased shares, but would be counter productive if dilution is the goal.
