Wayne always makes deals then will not live up to his side of the bargain. (And that is not a debatable issue among anybody in this for more than a year).

You are spot on. I'm willing to bet Wayne already cashed every check he got from GCAN shares he sold since inception.

At some point, Wayne has to stop being a weenie and let investors make money. Or, he can choose to be a weenie for the rest of his life. His choice. But, maybe not for long.
