To your private message about me trying to get cheaper stock, no! I'm not a rich investor who has tons of $$ to keep throwing at this to try and improve my position. I'm trying to recoup my initial investment because I allowed myself to get sucked in to this, what seems like, a pipe dream. Now that I've done my own DD, there just doesn't seem an end in sight to this unless there is a buyout or licensing deal....which in reality should have occurred by now with the all mighty 8 IPR WINS!!! Apple will never settle before going to court, no chance in hell IMO.

There have been posts about "talks" for years and nothing has come about...yet (hopefully).

I think many investors are running low on PATIENCE are looking for the next big opportunity to get out! Good luck to those willing to hang on for another 3-5 years while millions of your $$ are spent in the courtroom. Sorry, I don't have that kind of patience unless maybe I was in at sub penny.
