In this case, I blame Scott and Currah for bankrupting the company. They destroyed/are destroying SRSR, not Dan. IMO. Can Dan perform better? Absolutely. But you can't fully blame a captain who boarded a ship that is already sinking. What's worse, is previous crew continue to throw rocks at this sinking ship.(lawsuits) The ONLY thing that can save this company is for Scott and Currah to step aside and hope Dan/Otto/Potts can fix the ship and sail further. They will both benefits from the shares they own already if SRSR make it. But, Scott/Currah is out to destroy SRSR ATM that they can no long withdraw cash from. They don't and probably never care for the shareholders. So you are correct that this is probably dead money. Again, all IMO.
