Which is exactly my point. There is NO STAY on the other "infringers" and the cases are moving forward. They should be shaking in their boots with the IPR's won. Why isn't there a licensing deal or buyout offer already from one of them? They are big enough to have the money. Maybe because they aren't using any of the old VOIP technology and have nothing to worry about. The fact that there is no "deal" with any of them, says a lot IMO. It also says that there won't be any deals and these companies are going to go to court to battle it out which could take years. Everyone is stuck on the PTAB ruling for Apple. All that's going to do is maybe give us another spike, but no buyout or licensing deal.

What am I missing?
