The patents are worthless - even if approved - there are thousands of worthless patents floating around that have no value to anyone.

If the patents had any value other real companies would be attempting to buy or license the patent applications.

But anyone that has read the patent applications understands they are worthless - all of the 7 patent application have had all Claims rejected on the Inventive Step.

A merger will only exist in Pinky Fantasyland.
