The Total outstanding shares is 37.8M & change. OTC showing same as CSE but also shows float @ 32M & is either incorrect or they are showing as "public" float & difference is insiders owned which in historical filings indicate that as probably correct. The warrants were originally sold in 2016 which is prior to being listed on the CSE & otc so safe to assume they were strictly Canadian. The warrants exercised equate to 5,497,500 which is what brought us to our currant OS.(and sp) Remember there is AS authorized shares, OS outstanding shares, & float which is most commonly "public float" (however I find the float is many times outdated & incorrect)
