The advise was place a large, and as large as you can afford, buy order at the desired PPS (0.06 in this case) and condition it with all or none.

Whatever they do not fill will go against the MMs as a t-trade which they have to pay for!!!!

That is what I did.

300,000 at 0.06 was not filled.
