The OS pre-close of the RM represented 100% of the equity in KLMK. Now the entire OS represents just 15%.

Darkpulse isn’t worth a warm bucket of spit...but, in essence, current shareholders are carrying a $100 million IOU in the future dilution of the OS for it.
