My worst case spin on this is that:
EA bought the shell in hopes of eventually having someone else take over.
They RS and bring the price at a good point where they can sell and take it back down making measly profits.
Then when the other entity buys or takes over the shell then they RS again essentially wiping out all our money then they will start to pump the crap.


Very disappointed to say the least. Don't know at all if this will happen but I see no more hope for this company. Something changed along the way.
