EAIN was trading at $7 as recently as May of this year. Hard to believe an 80%+ decline in a few months isn't telling us something negative is going on behind the scenes.

You would think management would at least have the decency to put out a single press release to inform investors of their plans and to stop the collapse in the stock.

But they don't. That is telling.
