Someone just bought 1,000 shares. I know there were also restrictions on the new owners for 1 year. I’m wondering if they’re waiting for that 1 year expiration prior to starting to do things correctly.

I can’t believe they would buy a shell and not do something with it. Too much of an investment for that.
